Our Business Philosophy

Our objective is to provide high quality and reliable notary public service for our customers.  The majority of our business is by referral.  If you like our services, tell a friend.  If you have any concerns, please let us know.  Your satisfaction is our primary goal.

Mobile Notary,

Have you ever come across the situation when it is impossible to find a notary, especially after 5pm on a Friday night? We got that covered with a team of licensed and experienced notaries ready to perform notarization at the place and time most preferable to you. We at Elite have completed thousands upon thousands of notarizations, so rest assured, that we will get our job done right in a timely and professional manner.

Signing Agents,

What is the main difference between a notary and a signing agent? We at California Public Notary Say: “ Expertise in loan signing and knowledge of mortgage process.” And we can back our words up with a team of trained, experienced and dedicated signing agents. Rest assured that we will pay specific attention to each and every assignment from you; we will get all necessary documents signed and notarized. Our agents make a first contact with a borrower to confirm an appointment within 3 hours from the moment we receive a loan package. From that moment we track and monitor the progress of the case until it reaches your office via overnight mail. You can also track the case using our top of the line tracking system that highlights all steps of loan signing. Should a problem arise, we instruct our agents to call the office during business hours signings or a manager on call after the hours. Be confident- there is always a professional who will take care of your signing in our office

Apostille

Since October 15, 1982, the USA has been part of the 1961 Hague convention abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents. In plain English that means that every country which is a member of Hague Convention is legally required to recognized public documents issued by other signatory countries as valid. Please note that Apostille is a complex and time consuming procedure and the following information must be obtained:

1. The document must be presented to our notary for verification and notarization.
2. Notary's signature is certified by the county clerk's office where the notary is qualified.
3. County Clerk's office affixes its seal and signature to the document.
4. At this point the document is inspected by Department of State and apostille is added to the document.

Please note that all birth, death marriage, divorce documents as well as education documents require special attention, that is why we urge you to call us for a free and professional consultation.
